This PR implements the Data Preparation and Benchmark Execution flows inside the MedPerf CLI. These implementations follow the POC guidelines and are subject to change. They depend on a
medperf-serverwhich for now is being kept separate from the repository.Things missing:
Future changes will adapt the implementation to a real server.
