Sprint 1 Review

What went well?

• The complete base could mostly be implemented in the first sprint.
• Everything is working as expected.

What did not go well?

• The attention for detail especially in the design.
• Codystyle and general structure was often ignored.
• Time management was kind of chaotic.
• Misunderstanding in the work distribution.
• Only few tests because of missing time.

What can we do about it?

• Use the mockup for direct comparison.
• Use Kotlin Coding Conventions.
• Try to communicate better and schedule more meetings.
