This PR also splits the "EnableXcpService" config variables into one for TCP and one for UDP.
The variables are called EnableXcpOnTcpIp/EnableXcpOnUdpIp according to the name of the transport layer block in the A2L file.
This way we can avoid the hack with the -1 for the port value to disable the channel.
