Everyone creates a small poster about themselves for about 8 minutes - name, contact info, skills they bring to the group, what they want to learn (beyond “modern agile”), what they offer to teach others, hobbies and interests.

Share out “one thing” from their poster to the group. Talk about “bottom lining” and getting to the point.
