Apologies for not having a look on this earlier. Can we add a unit test with an example? It's been a long time since the PR . If not that is fine, finally... will have some time the following days so I will be able to check this. |

Needef for parsing matrices from strings in locales where the dot and comma are switched for decimal signs (eg germany). Currently this fails. To match this, I also changed the ToString methods.
