- Some fixes for the hu-old-hungarian-rovas table
- usage of repeated postfixes was inconsistent, fix that
- add missing line:
b 𐳂 0 ### U+10CC2 OLD HUNGARIAN SMALL LETTER EB - fix typo in _Enc, _ENc, _ENC (lowercase was mistakenly used)
- remove duplicate _ENT
- Use “autoupdate” to modernize configure.ac and some other files
