I've had a few requests for manufacturing files off this release, so here we are.
send_to_fab.zip contains these files:
- Gerber files, part origins, and BOM for PCBA
- shipping firmware, with bootloader as one .hex file for flashing via ICSP
- .dxf files for each acrylic layer, in folder depending on acrylic specification
- .svg of the artwork layer, manufacture as die-cut paper. The pink lines are the cutting lines.
- .dxf files for the foam cutouts in the cardboard box - the box itself was made by my manufacturer and only needs to be big enough to hold the foam
- Full assembly instructions, with videos for tricky parts. Should be "cheap chinese fab" friendly.
- BOM for assembly parts outside of PCBA - that is, keycaps (Signature Plastics G20), custom alu knobs, adhesive feet, bolts, standoffs etc
This is the exact .zip I used to make 200 of these for the 2018 batch, so it's verified good.
