- upgraded go to 1.14 - introduced sirupsen/logrus for logging - added back the go.sum into the repo

I was just looking at this project and noticed it was missing the oidc minimum sdk feature. Was about to create an issue when I noticed the PR. |

my main goal here was to be able to use it with EKS OIDC federation capabilities
