MemoryAmmount to GBs

Breaking changes

• Update --upcloud-memory-ammount to receive GBs instead of MBs to make it easier and consistent with the Rancher UI.

Using the driver

Locally

• Select the OS/Architecture version that you need, and rename it only as docker-machine-driver-upcloud
• Copy the binary to a directory accessible through the $PATH (i.e. /usr/local/bin).

Rancher

• Select the linux-amd64 binary

New Features

• You can specify the CPU (CoreNumber) and RAM (MemoryAmount) instead of always running a predefined plan.

Improvements

• Add multi-platform releases (WIP to bring a unified tool to the build process)
