Combined.json generation

• Running node-generate.js now creates a combined.json file in the data folder.

Minimum Use Case

• Manual DOM data scraping via a class entered into Console to download .json files
• Move .json to expected directory (currently static)
• Generates individual per account and combined, category comparison reports with static file names
