Teletext-Twitter V0.9

Blank lines are now written to the bottom of each subpages. Some TVs put fasttext links on the bottom of the page, even if no proper links are defined. They usually default to page numbers. This eliminates the problem.

File handling has also been improved to accommodate this change. I was opening the same file twice before, which isn’t a good idea and resulted in lines being written out of order due to buffered writes.

Finally usernames are now cleaned for teletext character set purposes.

One more release planned, but no promises.
