Bah, a few bugs slipped back in from older versions. Not sure how. All fixed.

Also I added an extra mode: -n/—no-repeat

This lets you download tweets only once and was made primarily to enable my Raspberry Pi to contribute pages to Teefax with a cronjob. Teletext-Twitter is now live on Teefax P153!
