Increased consistency

The consistency of function arguments has been increased. The arguments for GetVmPrice have been harmonised with the other "Get" calls. This means that anybody using v0.0.2 or lower will need to alter their calls to GetVmPrice when upgrading to v.0.0.3.

No breaking changes will be made once the module is out of pre-release.
