Released v1.0.0 of WebGL Ripples, originally forked from v0.6.3 of https://github.com/sirxemic/jquery.ripples

Version 1.0.0 completely converts Jquery.Ripples to a native JS version without a jQuery dependency.

This comes with (obvious) breaking changes for all method calls.

Also note that this release needs testing, so use with caution.
