Communication between UI and backend developed in Representational State Transfer (REST) standart. Authentification based on bearer tokens.
Image to image model training based also on Representational State Transfer (REST) standart communicates with cloud based stable diffusion service.
Voice cloning based on openAI open-sourcing a neural net Whisper and managed in REST API,
Text to speech based on Azure text-to-speech service and maanaged on REST API

### Team's experience

We are 5 full-time experienced core team members with more than 5 years of experience, from Vilnius, Lithuania. 3 AI and blockchain developers, Lukas CMO and Rysard CEO. With our experience in Web 3 market, vast programming knowledge and know-how skills, we decided to make something unique and innovative that you would definitely enjoy to experience. Founders have a successful background in WEB3/WEB2 markets and great work experience, CTO Dainius has a vast knowledge of AI technology and Machine Learning development, Jonas is known for his full stack and blockchain development skills, and Arvaidas is an experienced blockchain developer. All in all, we have a well-balanced team which covers all required fields to start the project successfully and expand our company. Team has direct plan how to achieve milestones and launch in the market successfully.

## Development Roadmap

This section should break out the development roadmap into a number of milestones. Since the milestones will appear in the grant contract, it helps to describe the functionality we should expect, plus how we can check that such functionality exists in the product. Whenever milestones are delivered, we refer to the contract to ensure that everything has been delivered as expected.
Below we provide an example roadmap. In the descriptions it should be clear how the project is related to mStable.
For each milestone:
Please be sure to include a specification of the software. The level of detail must be enough so that we are able to verify that the software meets the specification.
Please include total amount of funding requested per milestone.
Please note that we require documentation (e.g. tutorials, API specifications, architecture details) in each milestone. This ensures that the code can be widely used by the community.
Please provide a test suite, comprising unit and integration tests, along with a guide on how to run these.
Please commit to providing a dockerfiles for the delivery of your project.
Please indicate the milestone duration, as well as number of Full-Time Employees working on each milestone, and include the number of days along with their cost per day.

## Future Plans

We will acquire users with our growth model for 1 year, we will offer better pricing with our tools which other projects lack. Our strategy is user acquisition using our marketing plan and go-to-market strategy. We will focus on user acquisition and revenue for first year. Marketing plan: Affiliate marketing, referral systems, ad words, seo, smm (social media marketing twitter, instagram, tiktok and etc..), Kols (influencers), partnership promotions.
Another important marketing milestone is token IDO through numerous launchpads which will give instant token/NFT holders and users. We have great connections with numerous tier 1 launchpads.

What work has been done so far?
1. We have a functional app prototype, multiple AI models and blockchain integrations are already available.
2. Development team managed to generate our own GAN, RNN AI model prototypes which will be more cost effective for future sales.
3. Clear explanation of QLONE AI B2B2C business model, product features, financial forecasts and what value our product adds.
4. Dedicated team of 5-experienced members, with vast WEB2/WEB3 experience in B2B2C sectors, development, project scaling.
5. Idea and business received very positive feedback.
