Version Bump - 0.3

Sweet new redesigned timers!

• rewrote countdown timer code from scratch
• minor styling adjustments
• removed the dev settings button because it's useless and will be fleshed out later
• rearranged the windows
• added very basic dark theme (based on browser settings)

Local Storage update

• Update to add new bosses (Guardian Slime, Kalos, Kaling)
• Black Mage is added under weekly bosses to fill the gap
• Save state in local storage so checklists aren't wiped on page refresh
• Incorporates game resets into states

First Release

Includes all basic functionality of a MapleStory Daily/Weeklies tracker.

Currently DOES NOT have cookies/web storage, so page will be reset upon reload.
This will be implemented for v1.0.
