Added more information to the end to end tests README(
ios/MullvadVPNUITests/README.md). To review this it would be great if looking over the README as a whole, not only what was added by this PR.The aim is for the README to explain everything one would need to know to set up a runner, new test device, set up test environment locally and develop tests.
