- Allow reading normalization tags from files
- Use gain-based correction when measurement exists, fallback to dynamic if not.
- Allow dynamic mode to be enforced for radio streams
- Use f32 in the intermediate pcm stream
- Apply limiter (just in case) at the end of the chain
