Initial test release of a Raspbian package for MalcolmRobb's version of dump1090.
You will also need a suitable librtlsdr0 package. See https://github.com/mutability/librtlsdr/releases.
The installed binaries are dump1090-mr & view1090-mr to try to avoid conflicts with existing installs.
You must configure the daemon by editing /etc/default/dump1090-mr (the default config does not start on boot).
