Features

- Tracks an ant on the experiment board
- Automatic thresholding
- Outputs imageJ format (-particles and -summary files)
- Outputs -ants trajectory files (FBAT step not needed)


Command List
============
p        - Pause
r        - Resume
f        - Save file
s        - Skip frame
,        - Go to previous video
.        - Go to next Video
1        - Set resolution to 1920x1080
2        - Set resolution to  960x540
SpaceBar - Go to next frame and "reset" data file
Click    - When video is frozen:  Select correct ant blob
	 - When video is playing: Set the Center of the Board
