Optimize brush previews further using indexing

The pngnq quantizer is applied to most preview icons, except for those where visible banding appears even at a table size of 256. Reduces size by another 600K, at no real perceivable loss in quality (verified by creating montages w. feh, and diffing them with imagemagick; there is some loss of detail, but it's very subtle).
