  • Overflow bug fixed, heirloom vi now working on terminal larger than 300x100.
  • Command line option + does now also work for heirloom vi.
  • 4.1.2 does fix a bug in 4.1.1 where backspace did not work correct in command line when number mode is active.
  • Terminfo and curses now prefered by ./configure since termcap may not work for all users.
    This is a risk when termcap is selected at compile time by one specific user.
  • ncurses now prefered on NetBSD since traditional vi does work better with ncurses than curses.
