Modded recoveries

These TWRP images have the needed tools and scripts for installing Windows on vayu, and they also have Windows mounting support (r/w).

11 image supports Android 11 encryption.
12 image supports Android 12/12.1/13 encryption.

Drivers

Based on v2409.04 release, with slight modifications:

• StA is now included, it is only necessary to copy your own boot.img to C:\
• USB host mode is enabled by default again
• EDL and Fastboot drivers for ARM64 are included
