Summary

This PR adds a wrapper over the existing SearXNG tool from Langchain.

TODO:

  • Document the node
  • Document how to setup SearXNG for local usage
  • Update AI starter kit to use SearXNG

I don't have searchxng running currently, so couldn't test it now. But PR looks good.
