Cache-Only is primarily distributed using Github Packages for now. Please read
this page
to see how you need to configure your build ecosystem.
Maven Central
The packages are mirrored to Maven Central as well since v1.2.1. This should make it work either out-of-the box or with minimal configuration in most cases.
