Description

We have several options for how to transition the community away from the current GCN Classic VOEvent cloud brokers. We need documentation of those options and a survey for community feedback.

Acceptance criteria

  • Documentation
  • Feedback survey
  • Add legacy notices users table from sites2.cfg so that they receive announcements
  • Send announcement and news item to request feedback
