Fixes #13 by removing extra >>> characters, allowing copying of README examples

The >>> was meant to indicate an interactive python session such that the readme could contain both an example python search and the results of executing that search. Though I admit, we were not consistent in applying this idea to all of the examples in the readme.

If we want to support full copy-pasteability we should either remove or comment out the few places where we show the printed output in the code blocks as well
