Swagger API documentation

Along with a newly added API documentation, we have the following updates:

1. Fixed issue with input SMILES containing + symbol
2. Models selected by default on predict page
3. Predict button disabled until Ketcher input is empty
4. Other minor updates

Fixed app crashing due to out of memory

• Implemented a data page that summarizes datasets used for training models
• Set the maximum input size for file input to 1000 rows
