The current version of the SVG logo relies on
<text>
elements and non-system fonts that are almost definitely not on people's computers. I set up these fonts for myself locally and converted the text (with the font applied) to<path>
elements. I also cleaned up the Inkscape cruft around the SVG that was previously there. I don't know this codebase nor Haskell well enough to try developing with it locally but I think this SVG could be used instead of https://github.com/ndmitchell/hoogle/blob/master/html/hoogle.png for the logo on the website page.
