[DEX] - Provide use-case for DEX

Description

The Context:
The current set of add-ons includes Dex by default. There's no use case for the add-on or instructions provided on how to proceed from that point.

The Solution:
It would be good to provide documentation/example that includes:

• A simple hello world tutorial or another form of an exemplary manifest for Dex.

The goal is to avoid the need to deep dive into Dex documentation but to have clear value added to the component for the day 0 infrastructure.

If the solution will include a manifest, make sure to add an integration test for it.

We decided to leave integration tests for later stage giving the complexity of full flow.
Also, flow has been tested successfully for Linux and WSL. For OS X there's an issue with authenticating described in issue #49
