This repository contains complete code in Python programming language, which implements the method for automatic IMF (Intrinsic mode functions) selection in EGG recordings described in the paper "Empirical mode decomposition for automatic artifact elimination in electrogastrogram". The paper was presented at the Infoteh IEEE conference 2021 (Jahorina, Bosnia and Herzegovina).
