How to Install using repo

https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/getstarted

1. Clone this repository
2. Navigate to chrome://extensions
3. Enable Developer Mode by clicking on the toggle switch
4. Click on load Unpacked and select the latest version of SafeSurf (1.1)
