Fixes a small bug in the implementation of #2731
The user socket directory needs to be SGID so that they inherit the group ownership. Then xrdp can write to them.
This makes it easier for Debian to get v0.10.x working with their non-privileged xrdp user implementation.
Full support for unprivileged xrdp users is planned for post v0.10.x. See #2974
