Mayflower- Abandon Bounty hunter ship (#734)

* add the Mayflower 2.0 (I had to reinstall Local Repository lost branchs)

* Conntected the Substation. Substation that was disconnected

* I Hope i did this right?

Redid Eletrical and power and fix Thrusters

* Remove fans, and remove the light

* The Ship has also been move to the Scrapyard as per Checkraze

* Merc Door wasnt working, and one of the Dock isnt working. So i switch them out with an different one. change some of the lighting.

* Intercom was change

* Prisoner eva suit locker and regular locker has been change  to have a regular suit locker and move position of the EVA locker.
 Merc room Lockers were tested. Everything seem to be fine with it
Guns were removed
