Adds cameras. Adds beacons. Swaps theater and brig location. Remodels SR office. Names bus docks. Adds station maps.

About the PR
Added cameras for each dock to help the STC.
Added beacons for every docking port to help STC.
Added cameras to major locations and hallways on Frontier.
Added beacons to major locations and services on Frontier.
Added station maps to the hallways and a handheld map for STC, SR, and Station Guard.
Added an airlock to the north wall of the cargo area.
Remodeled the SR office.
Swapped the location of the brig and theater.
Named the docks that the bus uses so they show up properly for STC.
Made it so stuff going into disposals doesn't bounce off the conveyor.
Added one secret.
Why / Balance
Mostly to improve new player experience and quality of life for STC and station guard.
The STC should find it easier to keep track of docks and new players have access to maps that can help them navigate the station on their first logon.
