About the PR

This PR again, now more clean and organized

Added the "MarketPrice" flag for static vends price, to be used for balance to few items to either make them useless to sell, give a logical cost or balance a fix.
Small balance with pricing for some food items, adjusted by 0.5-5 for some items. no added food in vends.
Lower amount of nukie soda, not sure why it was 3 to start with.
Added StaticPrice to some shop items that were missing it, mostly food related.
