This PR updates a few things about the Praeda.

• Command: Added camera system so that Captain can look around the ship
• Command: Added Crew Monitor (I noticed the Pulse ship has one too, so its useful, even if it sees everyone)
• Command: Added 1x Speedloader to bed stand because it was funny to me
• Command: Removed posters where the Gun Lockers used to be
• Engineering: Added Camera Router + Communications Server to Storage area
• Cargo: Added 6x Cargo Pallets to main cargo area
• Medbay: Added CMO hardsuit to paramedic locker, since they'll probably have to get people from space
• Medbay: Added Crew Monitor
• Medbay: Added Oxygen Deprivation meds to table
• Medbay: Added Anti-radiation meds to table
• Medbay: Added anatomy poster plastered over window, because I think its funny
• Medbay: Added baseball bat to bed and renamed it to "medicine stick", self-defense and rp is the reason
• General: Added cameras around the ship and named them
• General: Added catwalks in all doorways (makes more sense)
• Role(s): Added 'Mercenary' as a role that the ship can hire

Oh and I also moved stuff around in Medbay so that you can get on- and off the Operating Table without ending up in the wall and suffocating to death.
