fixes mail so everyone can recieve it!
Mail is still barely touched in order to make it work here, so likely if you transfer ships/get added or removed from ship manifests or after a while the mail office might 'lose' your address. Once a nyano re-base happpens we could probably change the base code to be more robust so it can handle us better.
