Melee weapons on back/suit storage slot

About the PR

Allows more Melee weapons to be stored on the back and/or suit storage slot, as frontier has more combat than most servers and quick access to/a backup melee weapon would be much appreciated. I only made this change to "large" weapons that one would be likely to store on a back sling were they do have them in real life.

I made this change due to frustrations trying to keep a fireaxe with me on expeds, as you must sacrifice your vital backpack slot if you would like to free your hands from the axe.

conceptually yes but some of these i'd like sprites for like some of them on their backs, if we need sprites for them you can create an issue about it needing sprites since most of this is fine with adding suit storage to many of these imo
