About the PR

Updates the NT Fishbowl.
Added directional fans and made the shuttle distro mixed so as to be vox friendly, this included a small piping rework to make it fit properly.
Locking reinforced uranium windoors were added for security, also because green is cool. Shutters were also added for some extra security, too.

Why / Balance

Primarily this was done for the inclusion of directional fans, but I decided to make some other needed updates in the same package. Some of these were down to request, but were also shortcomings I discovered from seeing the shuttle used here and in another fork.

How to test

Checkout the branch, load the shuttle.
