About the PR
Added encryption keys to the astrovend.
Why / Balance
To allow captains to easily get lots of encryption keys, get keys for intercom, etc. You can start with cheap encryption keys so there shouldn't be much of a balance concern.
How to test
Go to astrovend, buy keys.
