About the PR

Made freshly added pipe smokable reagents slightly more thematic.
Additionally altered goblin blood a bit: all negative effects from it now affect only non-goblins, goblins can satiate their thirst with goblin blood (token amount of it though, won't replace proper beverage).

Why / Balance

Flavour, RP invitation.

How to test

  1. Be a goblin, smoke "Fungal Whiff". Should get some emotes and pop-ups with texts about visions, granted by shrooms.
  2. Don't be a goblin, smoke "Fungal Whiff". Get nothing but some emotes, elevated thirst and hunger.
  3. Be a dwarf, smoke "Stonecut Leaf", get all emotional and consumed by memories of the past.
  4. Don't be a dwarf, smoke "Stonecut Leaf", cough endlessly, wonder how dwarfs can smoke this rubbish.
