About the PR

adds sakuratsu to shipyard for 75000, its a medium sized ship that can do some basic salvage, and has equipment to accept tech disks (and choose research).

Why / Balance

i wanted to build a ship and contribute to this project. i thought a salvage ship that could take research disks would be nice, and i've heard that R&D servers on not-science ships are fine (or atleast fine for the gasbender). i priced it at 75000 though so it isnt automatically better than similar medium salvage/cargo ships because it has a R&D server.

How to test

• buy it at FO shipyard for 75000, medium size, salvage category
• guidebook entry is in the same place as every toher ship
