Loaded this up locally and poked around. Looks good! Power going at purchase, directional fans where they should be, stuff's connected up, firelocks worked (important on a science ship!), fuel locker accessible.

Pushed loose plasma into the wall locker, recoloured a pipe, removed an invalid entity reference.

Directional fans seem well-placed. Not entirely sure about the FuelGenerator changes to the plasma generators, but seems to work fine.
