About the PR
Civilian Version of #2557
This ship was suppose to be a Brigmedic ship (view PR above), which has been denied, yet it still has a chance for being a Civilian Medical Ship.
With the Ship now also comes an new Shipyard Building Company called "Celestara Constructs", hence the Callsign "CTC", which is created by Yukari and me.
The Ship has been Mapped by Yukari while myself have done the YML work to add in into the Shipyard & the Github PR.
