Queen of the frontier, ruler of the void, the empress is the latest and biggest NFSD ship ready to patrol and command the new frontier sector now with better design for the dangerous job that is keeping justice in the new frontier, this mobile base comes with expanded shipyard, better accommodations for both crew and prisoners, more reliable defenses to slow down boarding into it and much better quality of life areas for it. may god bless the empress.

Why / Balance

Old "carrier" was too outdated compared to the rest of the game ships and lacked a lot QOL that other newer game ships have also also fixes the issues it had on how easy it was to board, maneuverability and size. also it count with better areas to RP play and pilot.

New price will be 170K Spessos making it the official most expensive sec ship.

cells and perma are bigger
better kitchen and armory
added storage room
more reliable electrical grid
now most personnel has their own room where they can place their stuff
prettier design
added command/defence tower to observer the drone ships and shoot at boarders
added sec patrol hardsuits
better ship thruster array and now all of them are EMP immune.

last commit adds the "wireless" camera monitors for the the security body cams and removes the communications console from the ship because its a terrible idea to have something capable of restarting the round being mobile and on a ship. sadly no personal server wide announcements for the sheriff for now.
