About the PR

Replaced the Enforcer for the Krammer on the Expedition reward shotgun crates.

Why / Balance

Krammer < Enforcer

Krammer should be able to be gotten by Expedition instead of the Enforcer, where the Enforcer should be mostly kept by Security by default. (same kinda at the WT550)

Good, was talking about this earlier at one point. I'm going to be happy to see more Krammerers on Frontier.
