To use this instrumentation:

  • Download instrumentation.tar
  • In the New Relic Java Agent directory (directory containing newrelic.jar), create a directory named extensions if it does not already exist
  • Extract the contents (jar files) in instrumentation.tar into the extensions directory
  • Disable Java Agent JDBC instrumentation (See README - Agent Configuration section)
  • Restart your SAP application
