Add Pipeline functionality

• Adds a new view called "Add Pipeline"
• Fetches pipeline from Seqera Hub and prefills where possible
• Adds the pipeline and provides a link to edit it

I'd like to find a way to show the add pipeline view without adding it to the list. But I don't know if there's a better way

Also, did you mean to add these blue borders to every list item? It makes it look like they're all selected

Ah looks like this came in with a previous merge. I've adjusted that color 👍
