quest branch contiene tutte le modifiche che ho fatto allo script nell'ultima settimana, comprese le integrazioni dei subworkflow ed deeptools, inoltre ho aggiunto un parametro per terminare l'analisi dopo specifici passaggi che possono essere indicati con un parametro da tastiera #10
